  • Processing begins immediately after order confirmation

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Standard delivery: 3-7 business days after shipping
  • Customized items: 7-21 business days (including production)
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors

3. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer:

  • Standard Ground Shipping
  • Express Shipping (where available)
  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Based on item weight, size, and destination
  • Final shipping cost displayed at checkout

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking number provided via email when order ships
  • Track your order status through your account or email updates

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is delayed:

  • Contact us after expected delivery date + 3 business days
  • We will investigate with the shipping carrier

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbours or building management
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery date
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery

Damaged packages:

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Report damage within 24 hours
  • Provide photos of damage for replacement consideration

7. CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

  • Cannot be cancelled once production begins
  • Longer delivery times due to handcrafting process
  • No expedited production available

8. ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Notify us immediately if address is incorrect
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed after shipping
  • Additional fees may apply for address corrections

9. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses: customer responsible for reshipping fees
  • Packages refused by recipient: no refunds issued
  • Unclaimed packages: no refunds or reshipments

10. WEATHER AND HOLIDAY DELAYS

Delivery times may be extended during:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Peak shopping seasons
