1. STANDARD REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery for non-customized items in original condition with proof of purchase.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for:

• Customized wooden products
• Products with customized resin colors
• Items showing signs of use
• Items without original packaging

3. RETURN PROCESS

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Items must be in original condition
3. Customer pays return shipping
4. Refund processed within 10 business days after inspection

4. DAMAGED ITEMS

Report damaged non-customized items within 48 hours of delivery for replacement consideration.
